                Whether you just signed up an hour ago, or if you've been in Mary Kay for 44 years, everyone in Mary Kay gets a 50% discount on Mary Kay products.   This means if you hold a skin care class (aka Makeover Party) that has $400 in sales (VERY typical), you earn $200 profit. Not bad for 2 hours work!  Using that math, 2 classes per week would equal $800 extra cash for you every month.  Not bad for 4-5 hours of work.... ok, playing make-up with some girlfriends

Our products are consumable so every day your clients will wash the products away and in a few months or less, they will need more and your profit is still 50% for alot less time

2)     Team Building Commissions
